We have integrated a quality management system that governs all responsibilities and processes. We have established a monitoring system for our suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers. We maintain close relationships, which are demonstrated through regular visits and audits of our production facilities. Complaints are handled professionally, quickly, and comprehensively. Most importantly, they are analyzed and regularly used as part of our continuous improvement process to evaluate both our suppliers and our own activities.

Our actions are fundamentally risk-based and hygiene-oriented. Our quality management system incorporates a HACCP concept that is subject to regular verification.
